Masterworks: Joe Lanza's 25th (8pm, Centennial Hall)

Celebrate concertmaster Joseph Lanza's 25th season with Orchestra London! Joe will show off his violin chops on Haydn's 7th Symphony, (the first piece he performed with Orchestra London!), and two of his all-time favouries: Vaughn Williams' serene and idyllic Lark Ascending, and Ravel's demonic show-piece Tzigane (gypsy). Conducted by Alain Trudel, this exciting night of music also includes music by Mendelssohn and Haydn!
