Cast off the grey November skies with Rimsky-Korsakov’s exotic and colourful Scheherazade. Based on tales from The Arabian Nights, it features some dazzling solo work by concertmaster Joseph Lanza. Orchestra London’s wind players shine on Mozart’s beautiful Serenade No. 12, and the powerful brass section is showcased on Hindemith’s Concert Music for Strings and Brass.
